Appeal after waste dumped in Peterborough

An appeal has been issued after waste was dumped in Peterborough.

The Peterborough Prevention and Enforcement Service, which investigates fly-tipping in the city, made the appeal on its Facebook page.

It said: “Fly-tipping is illegal, please ensure you only allow a licensed carrier to take away your waste or you risk it being fly-tipped.

“Waste was dumped on Oxney Road over Monday night.

“If you recognise this waste please private message us.”
