Appeal after man exposed himself to dog walker in Peterborough

A man exposed himself to a dog walker on a public footpath in Peterborough.

It is reported that the victim, a woman in her 40s, was walking her dogs on a public footpath at the rear of Cathwaite, known locally as Nabbs Lane, at about 5.10pm when she was approached by a man.

He asked her for a cigarette, when she noticed he was exposing his genitals.

The man is described as black, 16 to 20-years-old, between 5’ and 5’ 3” tall, slim with a dark brown short but rounded afro hairstyle, clean shaven and was wearing a dark ‘Puffa’ style jacket, dark bottoms and a green rucksack over both shoulders.

PC Liz Gardner said: “This type of behaviour is completely unacceptable and was a particularly unpleasant experience for the victim. I am keen to hear from anyone who may know who this man is, or who may have witnessed the incident.”
