Charity is on crest of a wave
A charity which enables disabled people to enjoy sailing will be able to keep dry during this summer's downpours thanks to a £2,000 donation.
Peterborough Sailability, which is run entirely by volunteers, has been able to buy a new marquee for its base at Ferry Meadows.
The donation from Yorkshire Building Society Charitable Foundation was nominated by staff the Hampton branch of Norwich & Peterborough (N&P) Building Society, which is part of the Yorkshire.
