Businesses challenged to take £50 and turn it into thousands in support of local disability charity
Papworth Trust has launched its annual Accumulator Challenge fundraiser – an event that has so far raised £25,000 to support disabled and older people in the county.
Participating companies are given £50 and four months to raise as much money as possible from the initial stake.

Hide AdWith prizes including top fundraiser and most novel way of raising money, the charity hope to see a fun competitive streak across Cambridgeshire.
Divya Kalychurn, corporate partnership fundraiser, said: “The Accumulator Challenge has become a popular fundraising fixture in the Papworth Trust calendar.
“Businesses, big and small, enjoy the friendly rivalry of seeing who can make the most profit, while knowing every penny they raise will support our work with disabled and older people in Cambridgeshire.
“It is great fun with companies getting plenty of fundraising and PR support along the way.
