They celebrate the people and companies that are driving the local economy forward and now is the time to start nominating.
For the winners there will even be a chance to represent the city in regional and national finals.
But you’ve got to be in it to win it and we want you to tell us about your business success stories.
And you don’t have to enter your own business, you might know of a local success story or have a supplier you think deserves recognition.
The closing date for entries is 5pm on July 31 when our judges will begin the task of looking at all of the entries.
The culmination of the awards will be a celebration gala dinner and ceremony at the Peterborough Arena on November 20 and hosted by Melvyn Prior with a celebrity high-profile after-dinner speaker.
Bill Agnew, chairman of the awards’ judges, said: “The Business Awards never cease to excite us all as each year the judges discover more companies exemplifying the entrepreneurial spirit and diverse business activity across Greater Peterborough that underpins the success of our local economy.
