Peterborough beauty salon is named among top 100 small businesses

A hair and beauty salon in Peterborough has been named as one of the UK's top small businesses.

Serenity Loves, in Oundle Road, has been selected as a trailblazer by the campaign group Small Business Saturday UK.

It has named Serenity Loves in its Small Biz 100 ahead of Small Business Saturday on December 1.

The top 100 is drawn from across the UK to reflect the vibrancy of the nation’s 5.5 million small businesses.

Owner of Serenity Loves, Jo Bevilacqua said: “We are over the moon to be selected as one of the top 100 businesses within the UK.

She added: “It is a huge recognition for the salon and the team who endlessly work hard to achieve customer satisfaction and build on the success of Serenity Loves.”

In its sixth year Small Business Saturday has run. Last year it saw an estimated £748 million spent with small businesses across the UK on Small Business Saturday.
