Property managers Northern Trust has bought the multi-let industrial estate Wulfric Square in Peterborough.

The 41,370 sq ft site in Bretton has 30 industrial units, eight of which are long leaseholds. The estate offers a range of units from 625 sq ft to 3,630 sq ft.

Tom Parkinson, director at Northern Trust, said: “We are delighted to have secured the acquisition of Wulfric Square and are looking at other multi-let industrial opportunities in the Midlands and north of England. The estate will be managed by our subsidiary Whittle Jones Midlands team, whose portfolio now extends to more than 1.3 million sq ft of industrial and office accommodation.”

Richard Suart, regional property manager at Whittle Jones Midlands, said: “Northern Trust already own St David’s Trade Park in Peterborough, which is more than 95 per cent occupied so Wulfric Square will complement our space offering in this area.”
