Bikers can take part in a charity ride between Leicester and Peterborough.
Jaswinder Sodhi, 42, has organised the event which will see up to 1,000 motorbike riders zoom down the A47 from Leicester, ending 45 miles away in Peterborough to raise vital funds for Alzheimer’s Research UK.
He is encouraging bike enthusiasts to sign up and ride alongside him during the event on Saturday 21 May.
Wrist bands will be sold to participants before the ride for £2.
For those not wanting to join in the ride but hoping to support the day, a live band, food and plenty of stalls will be in Peterborough’s Cathedral Square until 4pm. Riders will arrive at about 12.30pm. For details visit www.justgiving.com/Alzheimerresearchuk.
