Arsonists torch cars in Peterborough garden centre car park
Arsonists set fire to two cars at a Peterborough garden centre in the early hours of this morning, Thursday July 21.
One crew from Stanground was called to the fire in the car park of Fellowes Gardens in Fletton, at 1.43am.
Firefighters arrived to find two cars on fire. Wearing breathing apparatus they extinguished the fire using hose reels and returned to their station by 3am.
The cause of the fire was deliberate. Anyone with information should contact police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
