Thieves have stolen 12 antique advertising boards from Ramsey Rural Museum.

The boards, which have been displayed on the exterior walls of the museum for more than 30 years and are all approximately 2ft x 3ft, were believed to have been stolen between 12pm on March 8 and 1pm on March 14.

A police spokesperson said: “These signs are extremely rare and most date back to the 1930s.
