The A47 was closed for more than six hours following a crash at Wansford last night (Tuesday).
The collision involved three cars - a blue BMW, a black Vauxhall Insignia and a green Vauxhall Corsa at about 4.25pm.
The road was closed while emergency services, including Cambridgeshire police, Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue and the East of England Ambulance service worked at the scene.
One of the cars caught fire in the incident.
A police spokesman said no-one was seriously injured in the collision.
The road remained shut until 12.50am while repairs were made to the road surface and debris was cleared away.
