There were delays on the A1 (M) northbound at Yaxley this morning (Wednesday) after a lorry crashed.
The heavy goods vehicle left the road at about 5.30am today, and crashed into a ditch.
The driver was unhurt in the crash, but recovery took more than three hours, affecting motorists during rush hour as lanes were closed.
The crash is the third incident on the A1 in the space of three days.
On Monday a man died and two passengers were injured in a crash involving a lorry near Wansford.
And yesterday a man escaped serious injury following another crash involving a car and a lorry near Wittering.
