Next month sees the iconic Bryan Ferry in concert on Saturday, June 11, and we have teamed up with organisers Live Promotions to offer one lucky reader a pair of tickets, worth £80.

From his earliest recordings with Roxy Music at the beginning of the 70s, Bryan Ferry has taken his place as one of the most iconic and innovative artists to emerge in popular music.

In his work you hear a vocal and lyrical brilliance that merges the intensity of Lou Reed to the poise of Sinatra, but then there is something extra… a verve and performance so ultra-modern that he continually breaks new ground.

With Roxy Music, Bryan Ferry enjoyed three number one hits and 10 top ten hits including Virginia Plain, Love is a Drug, Dance Away, Angel Eyes and Jealous Guy.

Bryan’s solo hits included A Hard Rains Gonna Fall, Let’s Stick Together and This is Tomorrow.

Bryan’s 14th solo album Avonmore was hailed as a “modern classic”, and in 2012 he was awarded the CBE for his services to the music industry.
