Top 10 things to do in and around Peterborough this week
Our weekly round-up of family friendly events in and around the Peterborough area.
1) Cathedral Candlelit Tour - Peterborough Cathedral, March 24
Enjoy a rare chance to see the building as our ancestors saw it, by candlelight.
Last year’s candlelit evening for photographers was a huge success and oversubscribed, so early booking is advised. The cathedral will be closed to other visitors for the evening, so guests will be able to enjoy exclusive access to the building. There will be plenty of time to admire the atmosphere and serenity of the great spaces, whilst listening as a well informed guide tells the cathedral’s story.
