Free community festival with 18 live bands
Yaxley Festival gets under way on Friday at Middleton Road recreation ground.
Starting at 4pm there is three days of live music to look forward to, featuring 18 bands.
There is also a funfair, fair price bar, food court, trade and craft stalls, local community showcase, education and fun zone, classic car show, animal displays and pony rides plus sports and tournament displays.
Shailesh Vara MP and actor Warwick Davis are expected to officially open the show at 12noon on Saturday.
