Kaspa’s Desserts offers a range of hot and cold treats from across the world.

They include gelatos, waffles, crepes, milk shakes, smoothies and sundaes.

Most of the company’s restaurants are situated in Greater London, the South West and Wales and it plans to open another 22 soon across the UK including seven in the Midlands.

Julian Welch, director at commercial agents Barker Storey Matthews, which has arranged the letting, said: “The popularity of dessert parlours across the nation and, in recent months, particularly in Peterborough proves that this relatively new industry fad are firmly positioning themselves on the British high street.
