Craft fair on Saturday for Rico who survived Meningitis B

A craft fair is being held on Saturday to raise money for a boy who narrowly survived contracting Mengintis B.

Rico Dunworth (8), Peterborough Road, Farcet, needed the entire right foot below the ankle and part of his left foot amputated after being placed in an induced coma for five days.

Now, family friends Sonia Ciriello and Samantha Catton have organised the fair to be held from 1pm to 4pm at the Eastrea Centre, Roman Gardens, PE7 2DF.

There will be cakes, hot drinks, tombola, bouncy castle, a large raffle, entertainment, an ice cream van and raffle stalls.
