Arshiya has a wealth of experience in the NHS and has a varied portfolio spanning governance, regulations, primary care, commissioning and more recently senior operational roles in complex multi-site organisations.

With a medical background she has led service and performance improvements whilst reconfiguring large-scale services across primary and secondary care. Arshiya brought up her family in Cambridge and is looking forward to settling back in Cambridgeshire while she leads the Trust’s strategy and transformation by working with the key stakeholders and strategic partners.

Rob Hughes, Chairman for North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust, said: “We are really pleased to welcome Arshiya to the Board. She has a wealth of experience and expertise and I along with the rest of the Board of Directors look forward to working with her, particularly on the strategic development of the Trust.”
