The eight areas of Peterborough to record at least three COVID cases last week

Eight areas in Peterborough recorded at least three positive COVID tests last week, new figures were revealed.

The areas with the most cases in the seven days up to and including Friday September 25 were Hampton Vale and Peterborough Central, which both had seven positive tests.

Bretton Park and Dogsthorpe both recorded four cases, while Eye & Thorney, Fletton, Longthorpe & Netherton and Werrington all recorded three cases.

There were also three cases in Whittlesey and five cases in Stamford Central, West & South.

In the previous week (ending September 18) just one area of Peterborough had recorded at least three cases.

On Friday (September 25) Peterborough was taken off the watch list for coronavirus cases after seeing a drop in cases.
