A number of schools and early years settings across Peterborough and Cambridgeshire are looking after children deemed vulnerable, and those of key workers, during the coronavirus crisis, but a dedicated council team is now on hand to signpost parents to available options, including childcare provided by nurseries and childminders.

Anyone who is listed as being a critical worker and is in need of childcare support should contact the Family Information Service on 0345 045 1360 if they live in Cambridgeshire, or 01733 864446 if they live in Peterborough.

The services will be available over Easter and the upcoming bank holidays.
