Peterborough day nursery is '˜outstanding'
A Peterborough day nursery has had its Ofsted rating bumped up from '˜satisfactory' to '˜outstanding' in its latest report.
Zig Zag Day Nursery in St Paul’s Church Hall, Bourges Boulevard, was given top marks in all categories, with inspectors praising the environment for children and the quality of teaching.
The day nursery owners and staff said they could not have done as well without the support of the church, in particular Reverend Ron Watkinson and his wife Val.
They added: “All the staff here at Zig Zag have worked extremely hard in achieving this goal. We are delighted with our inspection and excited to carry on outstanding provision over the future.”
