Top performing students are now preparing to go to prestigious universities.

“These excellent results demonstrate real commitment and character from the students and are a tribute to the college staff who have steered our students to such resounding success.

“The high standard of grades achieved means that our students have once again been successful in gaining university places.

The best results came from Susannah Harrison who gained four A*’s and is now going to read medicinal chemistry at York University.

Head girl Daisy Malton secured her place at the University of Cambridge to read geography at St John’s College.

Students gaining two A*s and one A grade were: Hester Baird, Harry Halfhide, Dylan Dhokia, Dylan Moles and Joshua Chan.

Aisling Ruff, Saffron Lee, Michael Scotney, Ben White, Kyle Widnall and Tyler Widnall all achieved one A* and two A grades.

Mr Sandeman added: “We are really pleased with our excellent results which once again demonstrate the tremendous commitment from every one of our students and the college staff who have helped steer everyone to such resounding success.

“I would like to say a personal well done to everyone for their hard work.”
