An evening with Barry Hearn at Kimbolton School

As the Chairman of Matchroom Sport, Barry will share captivating stories from his remarkable career and reveal insights into the sports businesses he has transformed.

Starting with a drinks reception at 6:30pm in the Lewis Hall at Kimbolton School, the evening will include a Q&A session, offering guests the unique opportunity to gain personal insights from Barry. This will be followed by a book signing session.

During the event, Barry will highlight key lessons that can inspire everyone, whether in sports, education, or in everyday life. All proceeds from the event will support enhanced sporting opportunities beyond the curriculum at Kimbolton School, fostering the growth and development of pupils’ athletic skills and broadening access to a range of diverse sports activities.

Throughout his career, Barry has been heavily involved in a multitude of sports, from boxing and fishing to golf, snooker and darts. His journey is one of determination, innovation and remarkable success. Most recently, he was the Chairman of the Professional Darts Corporation and has majorly influenced many of the world’s biggest sports with his inventive ideas.
