Window maker sees way to new lease deal in Peterborough

A window manufacturer has moved into new premises in Peterborough.

Bosses of 4 Aluminium have agreed a five year lease on a unit at Axis Park, in Manasty Road.

The lease for the 3,035 sq ft unit has been agreed by owners Aberdeen Asset Management, advised jointly by Savills and Richardsons.

Guy Ricorda and Nick Jackson, directors at 4 Aluminium, said: “Axis Park is going to be a great location for our new business, we specialise in trade supply, the supply and installation of aluminium windows, doors and curtain walling for commercial and residential projects.

William Rose, director of business space at Savills Peterborough, said: “Axis Park is one of Peterborough’s prime industrial estates. It offers newly refurbished, flexible warehouse space with strong transport links.”

Three refurbished units ranging from 3,100 sq ft to 10,003 sq ft are available at the parkfrom a starting rent of £4.25 per sq ft.
