Jenna said: “I’m hoping to double the figures and put on new workshops and also provide more community uses.”

She has signed a lease on unit 2 at Ruby Court with the agreement overseen by commercial agents Barker Storey Matthews.

The 4,973 sq ft industrial unit provides Danzfusion with open plan space, ample car parking and is set within a gated yard.

Jenna said: “It has always been my dream for Danzfusion to have a permanent base in the city.

“The space at Ruby Court fits well with Danzfusion ethos of offering a safe, friendly environment for children and adults in which to build confidence and improve wellbeing through dance.

“We’re looking forward to opening the new studio in June.”

Richard Jones, director at Barker Storey Matthews, said: “While not the conventional occupier expected for an industrial unit, on finding out more about Danzfusion and Jenna’s vision for the business it became clear that this was the right space at the right time.

"Jenna and her students will bring a new vibe to the commercial profile of the area.

“We wish them every success.”
