Housing association in Peterborough wins best employer accolade

Staff at a Peterborough housing association are celebrating after being named as one of the best not-for-profit places to work by the Sunday Times.

It is a third time Axiom Housing Association has been included in the Top 100 Best Not For Profit Organisations to Work For list.

It was ranked as number 66 after the views of 266 members of staff were taken into account by researchers.

The results are based on employees’ responses to a series of questions under eight factors covering their relationship with the company’s brand through to their wellbeing and happiness with pay and benefits.

Axiom’s chief executive, Alan Lewin, said: “I am absolutely delighted with the results and our third successful ranking in this prestigious list.

“This award rightfully recognises our commitment to the wellbeing of our employees. We aim to build on this success and will work with colleagues to make Axiom an even better place to work in the future.”
