It is a third time Axiom Housing Association has been included in the Top 100 Best Not For Profit Organisations to Work For list.

It was ranked as number 66 after the views of 266 members of staff were taken into account by researchers.

The results are based on employees’ responses to a series of questions under eight factors covering their relationship with the company’s brand through to their wellbeing and happiness with pay and benefits.
