And Transfer Glass has agreed a lease on a 328.9 square metre light industrial space on the business park’s Harrier Court.

Richard Jones, of commercial agents Barker Storey Matthews’ Peterborough office, said: “The majority of the latest sets of occupiers are either relocating from smaller premises or have requirements for additional space to accommodate their business growth.

“The park has played its part in raising the commercial property profile of the southern outskirts of Peterborough during the past decade.”

Created in 2010, Eagle Business Park has been created in phases with the first occupying 25.7 acres and the second on 18.3 acres with Prosper Court being launched in the spring. More units are currently being built at Slater Court and Prospect Court with completion due within six months.

The new arrivals mean there are two units remaining at Heron Court and, with three other units under offer, there is just one 248.05 square metre unit remaining at Harrier Court.
