The Peterborough owners, James Warke and Emma Falco, have taken first place in the Belvoir Rankings category along with the title of Belvoir Monthly Record Breaker.

Belvoir’s chief operating officer Dorian Gonsalves said: “This vibrant team continue to top our winners’ list.

“Both categories are based on consistent levels of turnover and performance amongst the rest of the 170 Belvoir offices in our nationwide network.

“And it is all down to the drive and ambition of the relatively new owners, James and Emma, who took over the steering of the business from Terry Lucking.

“Peterborough became the most successful award winner in the company’s history last year and the team are showing no let-up in driving the business forward.”

Emma Falco said: “We continue to forge links with new partners and offer new incentives and initiatives across the broad local property market that help contribute to the exponential growth of the business.

“We are thrilled to be amongst the top winners once again this year.

“It is no secret that the bedrock of our success is our people and the exceptionally high level of professionalism they put into delivering the very best quality service to all clients – be they landlords, tenants, vendors, purchasers or investors.

“We continue the legacy left by Peterborough’s founder, Terry Lucking and will continue to drive forward through innovation, dedication and - to use one of his favourite phrases – by ‘thinking outside the box’.”
