Care specialists secure top 10 accolade for second year running

It is the second year running Home Instead Senior Care has been awarded the accolade in the homecare.co.uk Top 10 Agency Awards 2016 for the eastern region.

There are 632 home care agencies in the region.

Home Instead Senior Care, which has offices in Cygnet Park, in Hampton, Peterborough, provides care to older people in their own homes across Peterborough, Oundle and The Deepings.

The top 10 is based on reviews by clients, their families and friends which are then put online for others to view.

More than 4,000 people provided a review and it was these that were used to judge the best providers in the regions across the UK.

Some of the comments from Home Instead’s clients and families included: “I am one hundred percent satisfied. Everything which I ask them to do is done excellently and cheerfully.

“I am more or less housebound it is very important to me that whoever visits me is both pleasant and interesting.”
