Accountants back city exporters with new sponsorship of Peterborough Telegraph Business Awards

Streets Chartered Accountants, based in Enterprise House, in Tyndall Court, Commerce Road, Lynch Wood, says its sponsorship of the Exporter of the Year category is in recognition of the importance of overseas sales to companies of all types in Peterborough.

He said: "Certainly, amongst our own client base and the wider business community we see an increased interest and appetite for businesses to engage in overseas trade.

“The ability to export is also no longer an activity for only the more established larger businesses – today’s exporters include a growing number of small and start–up enterprises.

Streets is a UK top 40 firm of chartered accountants, tax and business advisers, which provides advice to businesses and individuals trading or investing overseas.

The Peterborough Telegraph Business Awards 2018 will be held on November 23 with trophies presented to the winners of 10 categories covering key areas of business activity.

Guest speaker at the glittering awards ceremony will be inspirational campaigner Claire Lomas, of Melton Mowbray, who has raised thousands of pounds for Spinal Research after being paralysed following a fall from her horse.
