Long delays in Oundle Road after medical episode

The incident happened in Woodston, leading to a huge build up of traffic.

Police and ambulance crews were called to the scene before 9am this morning.

A spokeswoman for the East of England Ambulance Service said: “We were called at 8.41am with reports of a person experiencing a seizure.

“We sent two ambulances and two ambulance officers.

“One person was taken to Peterborough City Hospital for further care.”
