Part of the B1040 is to be closed for resurfacing works as part of a scheme to repair droughts damaged roads across Cambridgeshire.

Repairs will begin on the B1040 Ramsey Road, Pondersbridge, on Thursday (April 15) with a 24/7 closure in place until an expected completion date of May 26.

The works will involve a mixture of full depth reconstruction and resurfacing of the asphalt layers from Pondersbridge heading north.
