There’s the chance to spring clean the mind and refresh the body at a home-grown Peterborough festival of uplifting arts and health activities – De-Stress Fest 2016 – which gets under way this weekend.

Saturday shopping will be less hectic on De-Stress Day. Pop into the De-Stress Café to enjoy tea, cake, a story, and some light arts & craft.
Plus, share your stressful secrets in the confessions box outside the Town Hall.

An intimate dance experience that unites the stillness of Zen meditation with the whirling motion of Sufi Dervishes.
Stick around after the show for some performances and activities, plus a free Bollywood Dance Workshop at 3.30pm. All ages and abilities welcome.
