Elton:
Clean-up time

FORTY volunteers took part in a village clean-up in Elton.
The mess cleared included tyres, furniture and a washing machine. All those taking part were issued with high visibility jackets, gloves and hand-pickers. These, together with sacks for the rubbish, were supplied by Huntingdonshire District Council.

With the backing of the parish council, the clean-up is planned to be an annual event.
