DOG-loving youngsters can get the most out of their pets with training classes to teach them how to do everything from tricks to agility.
A course just for children has been set up with the aim of teaching youngsters to respect dogs as well as how to train and have fun with them by teaching their pooch tricks, the course also shows them how to take part in fun activities such as agility and flyball.

Coordinator Michelle Heading said: "Youngsters will also learn about dog behaviour and body language, hopefully preventing some of these 'dog bites child' stories."

The course costs £65 and classes are being held on Saturday afternoons at Laurel House, Thorney Dyke, Thorney, Peterborough, PE6 0RG.
