That is the question Stanground woman Jenny Chamberlain is asking through today's ET.
Jenny (48) decided to make use of a leap year Valentine's Day to get down on bended knee to her partner of 20 months.
She originally thought of popping the question via the ET's Valentines Day text service, but we decided to play cupid and help her do it in style – through the pages of her favourite paper and also online on our website.
Jenny is originally from Horncastle, Lincolnshire, but moved in with David (55) in October last year.
The pair have previously talked about getting married, so Jenny decided to seize on the leap year tradition of women popping the question to send a very special Valentine's Day message to her beloved David.
The couple met through a dating chatline.
Jenny had been on the line before, without much success, and was feeling disillusioned with it when she received a message in her mailbox from David.
She rang him back that night and during the next week, they chatted on the phone regularly, before finally meeting up.
Before they met, David had seen a photograph of her but Jenny had no clue what he looked like.
She admits she was impressed when he arrived at her Lincolnshire home.
"I thought 'oh yeah, he's nice'," she said.
"I liked what I saw. He brought a lot of shopping with him and said 'this is to help you for the weekend'."
Love soon blossomed and Jenny found that David, a machine operator and van driver, is a kind and considerate man.
Jenny suffers from health problems, including diabetes and back pain, and David looked after her right from the start.
She quickly realised he was her soulmate.
"He was caring. I could ring him and he'd say 'I'll come over this weekend'. I knew it was something from how my daughter got on with him. It just went from there.
"He's kind, loving, genuine and very, very romantic. He's considerate – he puts me first.
"He knows I'm not well and he looks after me.
"He's just lovely. He tells me he loves me every day, in the morning before he goes to work, and maybe twice when he comes home.
"With everything he's done for me it's just my turn to say thank you and let's get married."
Both Jenny and David have been married before. Jenny has got four children and two grandchildren and David has a daughter.
He has been given a definite thumbs-up by Jenny's family.
"They all love him," she said.
"They all say 'he's the best person you've ever had, you've got a good one there,' and I know I have."
The couple enjoy watching football and going round car boot sales together, and Jenny said their mutual interests were important.
"We share things," she said. "We do crosswords together, for competitions. We'll sit and watch a soppy film together. He'll say 'it's one of your films, I suppose I've got to watch it have I?' and I'll say 'yes'."
Although they been together less than two years, the couple have already shared some special moments together.
"David was there when my grandson was born, which was lovely.
