Stamford: Airforce history

WRECKAGE from one of the famous Dambuster planes is the star exhibit at a display of airforce memorabilia at Stamford Museum.
The museum, in Broad Street, is attracting 100 visitors a day to its RAF Lincs exhibition, which details the force's history with the county and goes on until Saturday, September 27.
Opening times are 10am to 4pm, Monday to Saturday.
