£20,000 raid on Argos store - cctv released

UPDATE 5.25pm: Police have this afternoon released a cctv image of the raiders captured during the break-in.
Breaking news 11.30am: Masked raiders are being sought after a £20,000 burglary at an Argos store.
Police have today appealed for information after the goods and cash were stolen from the store in Ryhall Road, Stamford.
This incident took place between around 9pm on Tuesday (August 5) and 7am on Wednesday (August 6).
Masked offenders forced open a fire exit at the front of the store and stole a large quantity of jewellery, electrical items including Ipods and mobile phones, and around £1,000 in cash.
The total value of the theft is estimated as in excess of £20,000.
DS Jon Shield said: "We would urge anyone who was in the area of the retail park between about 9pm on the Tuesday and 7am on the Wednesday to get in touch with us. We need all the information we can get about any people or vehicles that were there during those times.
"And if anyone is offered cheap jewellery, Ipods or mobiles to buy then also please get in touch."
