NATIONAL sculling champion James Fox from Peterborough City Rowing Club was the Junior Sportsman of the Year winner.
He fought off a strong challenge by athlete Jack Jones and triathlete Josh Daniels to win the award, which was presented by Louise Cooper and Mark Speechley.
