Peterborough Panthers bosses have confirmed their intention to race in 2016 during the British Speedway Promoters’ Association (BSPA) annual meeting.
Promoters Ged Rathbone and Trevor Swales represented the city club for two days of discussions at BSPA headquarters in Rugby.
All 13 current Premier League clubs are to do battle again next season and a new ruling will see them all tracking a three-point British rider at reserve. The 42.5-point team-building limit remains unchanged.
The annual meeting will conclude on November 3 when new rulings will be ratified.
