Peterborough Panthers kicked off their busy Easter Monday schedule with a last-gasp 47-43 League Cup win at Rye House this afternoon (April 6).

The Panthers trailed by four points with two race remaining, but successive 5-1s - including a match-winning full-house from Michael Palm-Toft and Robert Lambert in heat 15 - helped secure the points in dramatic fashion.

Panthers now head to the Showground for this evening’s re-arranged match against near-neighbours Ipswich Witches (7.30pm).
