PJ Care, owners of Eagle Wood Neurological Care Centre, are continuing their sponsorship of Peterborough Lions.

Eagle Wood on Bretton Way is a specialist centre which cares for people with a range of conditions, including young-onset dementia, brain injury and progressive neurological conditions such as motor neurone disease.

Many of the residents and staff enjoy following the team.

PJ Care’s Chief Operating Officer, Neil Russell, said “We have sponsored the Lions since 2012 and are really pleased to continue our association with them.

“We have a long history of supporting local clubs and the Lions have successfully represented PJ Care in a number of rugby tournaments.

“The team are brilliant with our residents, helping out at events, and being able to pop over the road to watch great rugby on a Saturday is an easy good day out.

“We look forward to watching the Lions drive for promotion again this year and wish them all the best of luck for the season.”
