City man James Fox has helped set a world rowing rowing record.

Fox was part of the para-rowing mixed coxed four that set a world record in their heat at the World Cup in Varese, Italy last night (June 18).

The crew of Fox, Pamela Relph, Grace Clough, Dan Brown and cox Oliver James completed the 1,000m course in 3.15.47 to blast into tomorrow’s (June 20) final.

Israel and Brazil were GB’s opponents in their heat.
