Spurr returns after a consistent season last term and he will be looking to make a similar impact in 2009-10.James was a part of Phantoms’ strong third line alongside Callum Fowler, Shaun Yardley and Adam Reynolds which played a key part in a treble-winning season.
Spurr follows star import Brent Gough in re-signing for the city club in recent days.
