Junior Football: Super Sam helps seal a 2-0 win

UNDER 18

UNDER 18YAXLEY booked their place in the Hunts County Cup final after a 2-0 win against St Neots last Friday.

The United Counties League side booked their place in the showpiece thanks to goals from Sam Makansi and Lewis Stone.

Manager Nigel Clarke said: "It was a good performance from the boys and it made up for losing out in the quarter finals of the League Cup.

"We face Sawtry in the final tomorrow night at Eynesbury and while we should be favourites as we play at a higher level, we know it is going to be a tough game."
