NATIONAL sculling champion James Fox from Peterborough City Rowing Club was the Junior Sportsman of the Year winner.

NATIONAL sculling champion James Fox from Peterborough City Rowing Club was the Junior Sportsman of the Year winner.He fought off a strong challenge by athlete Jack Jones and triathlete Josh Daniels to win the award, which was presented by Louise Cooper and Mark Speechley.
