The successful Sunday morning side are folding at the end of the season and they intend to go out in style after being handed a Hereward Cup reprieve.
Both Jubilee and Deeping were allowed back into the competition for this Friday night semi-final at Chestnut Avenue after Lord Burghley were thrown out.
Burghley should have been playing Netherton in the final on Friday but were removed for fielding ineligible player Richard Jones – the same reason they have been stripped of the PFA Senior Cup crown and been docked Premier Division points gained whenever Jones played.
Jubilee were beaten by Burghley in the quarter-finals and Deeping lost out to the Stamford side at the semi stage. And it became a case of double disappointment for Deeping in the last four.
Simon Dethick's men looked on course for a drubbing as a Jamie Graham-inspired North End took control, but Deeping provided their illustrious opponents with a serious late fright.
Jubilee boss Stainsby said: "Deeping put an excellent side out and helped make it a very good game.
"Obviously it is great to be in a final and hopefully we can get the right result to go out on a high."
Graham broke the deadlock after 18 minutes when firing past Deeping keeper Lee Peacock but only a fine stop from opposite number Alan Clarke kept the advantage intact.
He blocked an Ash Phillips effort on the half-hour – seconds after Jubilee defender Darren Fogg had almost sliced into his own net.
Peacock made sure Jubilee's lead didn't grow before the interval with a smashing stop from Dan Grigas and he then out a stinging Chris Garwell shot after the break.
Peacock was powerless to prevent Graham doubling the lead after he had parried a vicious Grigas shot, but he did soon stop the Jubilee golden boy from bagging a hat-trick.
At that stage Jubilee were comfortable, but things soon changed. Fogg's handball gave Carl Griffiths the chance to halve the arrears from the spot and moments later he curled a free-kick against the post.
But Jubilee held on to set-up a mouthwatering final against Netherton this Friday.
