Peterborough Phantoms ice hockey team picked up all three trophies in 2009, here the ET relives the English Premier League, Cup and Play-off wins:EPL Cup final

1st leg:

Guildford 4, Phantoms 3 - Phantoms get out of a jam and claw their way back

With the M25 living up to its name as the 'Road from Hell', coach Colin Patterson was forced into several late changes just minutes before the start of the game to cover for players stuck gridlocked on the world's slowest oval.

2nd leg:

Phantoms 6, Guildford 3 - Further glory for the fantastic Phantoms

Peterborough win 9-7 on aggregate.

Phantoms produced one of the best performances ever witnessed at the Peterborough Arena to lift the EPL Cup.

English Premier League:

Two more wins and the title's in the bag - Phantoms 6, Wightlink Raiders 1

Their ninth win on the trot means Patterson's men stand just two victories away from the tantalising prize of the club's first EPL title in six years.

Wightlink 6, Phantoms 10 - Phantoms' boat comes in

Having stormed the Raiders Isle of Wight Fortress to secure a 10-6 result, Colin Patterson's side were heading home on the ferry when news filtered through that Guildford had beaten Milton Keynes, thus handing them the title.

Phantoms 2, Bees 3 - Bees sting to the tale... but nobody cared

Having celebrated their title triumph into the early hours on Saturday, the Bretton heroes were clearly not at their best.

EPL Play-offs

QF 1st leg:

Swindon 2, Phantoms 7 - Miller goes nap to send Patterson's high-flyers to Coventry

IN a season of firsts, Joe Miller delivered another against Swindon on Saturday night.

QF 2nd leg:

Phantoms 3, Swindon 2 - Late goalby Ziedins tames the Wildcats

AFTER all the massive occasions at the Peterborough Arena over the past few weeks, Phantoms last home game of the season proved to be something of a damp squib.

EPL Play-off semi-final:

Phantoms 4, Jets 2 - Jets shot down by Ziedins' super hat-trick

SLOUGH player coach Steve Moria was presented with the English Premier League's Most Valuable Player award before Saturday's big face-off.

Phantoms EPL Play-off final:

Phantoms 5, MK Lightning 4 - Triple crown for fabulous

ANY debates about the greatest hockey team this city has ever produced were put to bed for good at the Skydome Arena on Sunday night.
