The Bretton Gate complex which is home to Peterborough Town Cricket Club and City of Peterborough Hockey Club - two clubs with prominance throughout the East and the Midlands - has been re-named ‘The DALROD Sports Ground’ as from today (March 21).

DALROD Drainage Solutions have become sponsorship partners for the sports club. Company managing mirector David Lane is a well known supporter of local sport - he already owns the rapidly-improving Peterborough Phantoms ice hockey team.

The initial deal runs for three years.
