FRATELLI lifted the biggest Hunts county accolade at the first time of asking - and it could be the start of a cup double.
The city side had twice roared to Hunts Sunday Benevolent Cup glory in recent times and have now added the higher-grade Hunts Sunday Cup crown to their collection.
Stuart Eason and Antonio Todisco both struck twice in this goal-fest against Farcet - a team who play two levels below Fratelli in the Peterborough Sunday Morning League and were actually beaten in the semi-finals.
Farcet went down to Grafham at the last-four stage, but that team were thrown out of the competition over non-payment of fines.
Nathan Horne, Micky Ambrosio, Seamus Doyle and substitute Dominic Di Angelo also found the net for Fratelli who face Racing 252 in the Hereward Cup final in early May.
Fratelli boss Johnny Byrne said: "It is our first time in the competition and the lads have done ever so well.
"And fair play to Farcet. They didn't have to accept the final against a team a couple of divisions higher, but they gave it a real go and were the better side for the opening 15 to 20 minutes."
John Purdie came closest to a consolation goal for Farcet, whose boss Andy Sharpe saluted the class of Fratelli both on and off the pitch.
He said: "There is a big gulf between the teams and class told in the end. Fratelli were deserving winners and were a really good set of lads.
"We never expected to reach the final - however lucky it might have been. We only picked up one point all last season, but this year has been much better.
"We reached a semi-final and a quarter-final in the cups and are fifth in our league."
